Where do I find articles?

Where do I find articles?

You can find articles a couple of ways!

Start at the Off-Campus Library Services portal at http://learn.maine.edu/library/

You can use the OneSearch method which will search for articles, books, eBooks, and other library materials. From the Library Portal look for the blue bar with “Search books, articles, and more!” Enter your search term in the first box, choose your class campus affiliation in the second box, then click Find Now. Use the left side menu to Refine your Search.

Alternately on the Library Portal page, click on “Find Journal Articles” from the Popular Resources section. You will see an alphabetical subject list. Click on the dropdown menu to choose your campus affiliation. This will ensure that you are selecting databases with full-text access. From the I & D menu on the right you may also choose to search alphabetically or by campus. Once in your selected database enter your search terms and enter.
