In all cases there will be at least two options for volume. Certain rooms may be equipped differently and it is therefore possible to have more than the two options for volume listed below depending on your configuration. If this is the case and assistance is required, please contact your local resources for further help.
Two Options for Volume
The polycom remote has a set of volume buttons that will control the output of the polycom unit to the TV (or speakers if in use). This volume setting is independent of the TV (or speaker) volume setting. Both volume levels should be adjusted using the remotes, if available, to ensure optimal audio quality.
