Polycom: TV Display

Each connecting site will have management over their own display options. Display options can not be changed from another location. Each room may have its own unique setup. It’s likely that the instructions here may not accurately reflect the setup in your specific case. If this is so, please contact your local resources for help when necessary.

Reorganizing the Polycom Display

Pressing the ‘display’ button on the remote will toggle through the different onscreen layouts available. There is a slight lag time between pressing the button and seeing the results. If you are at a location with two TV monitors, then you may see a different set of layouts from sites with only one TV monitor.

This may need to be done if you do not see the far site on the screen, but you can still hear their voices.
